Jhapa - It has been decided to run businesses other than those prohibited by the federal and state governments. A discussion held at the District Coordination Committee Jhapa office on Tuesday decided to allow the business to operate in Lockdown from 8 am to 2 am.
It has been decided that the market will not be fully open but businesses related to 43 industries specified by the government will be allowed to open. For that, it has been decided that all the chambers of commerce will be allowed to open business only by consensus in coordination with the local level, said DCC Jhapa Chief Somnath Portel.
According to Portel, the decision has been taken to open a shop with the management of health security by maintaining social distance. The timing has become uncertain as the chambers of commerce can only open shops in coordination with the local level.
It is understood that the business will be run only after the coordination is completed. For this, a district-level monitoring committee has been formed under the coordination of DDC Deputy Chief Meena Parajuli.
