Dhading - Citizens returning from India are at high risk of being infected with the coronavirus (Covid-19). So they are kept in quarantine. The number of people living in chaotic quarantine is more than 172,000. But in Dhading, those who have to stay in quarantine have been taken home on the basis of political access. Apprehension has gripped the village after corona infection was confirmed in two of them.
It has been revealed that seven youths from India who were in the quarantine in Nilkantha Municipality of Dhading were brought into the village on the basis of political access. Two of them were confirmed to have corona infection on Wednesday. The quarantine set up in the municipality's Bal Mandir now houses about 250 people from India.
However, it has been found that the seven persons who were in quarantine for a few days after coming from India were taken to the village of Dhuwankot without any information by the personal secretary of the state assembly member Ram Kumar Adhikari. According to an official, the MP's personal secretary Pradip Yadav had taken them out of the quarantine and sent them to the village without any information.
His personal secretary Yadav also admits that those who came from India were taken out of the quarantine. He said, "We have brought seven people to the village after complaints were received that there was no facility in the quarantine of the Bal mandir."
